Møn Retreat Center

Not totally settled at this point, but could include things like

 Morning activities:

Osho’s Kundalini Meditation

The meditation is one hour long, with four stages.

First Stage: 15 minutes

Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Your eyes may be open or closed.

Second Stage: 15 minutes

Dance …  any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes. Again, your eyes can be open or closed.

Third Stage: 15 minutes

Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing, observing, witnessing, whatever is happening inside and out.

Fourth Stage: 15 minutes

Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still.

Soft feminine Qi Gong

Come breath your being slowly and lovingly into the morning with soft, dancing qi gong working the five elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.

Come – See – for yourself

Daytime workshops:

Child’s Play

Come and give your child the opportunity to unfold freely.

Allow yourself to feel what you are attracted to and at what point you can feel the healthy resistance. Our nervous system and heart are deeply connected to each other. If we do not listen to the heart, our nervous system will weaken until we wake up of the unconscious trance, our mind is spuning us into.

We must play together and help to investigate and become more aware of how the nervous system works in our service all the time. We begin small and spider-fine to fine-tune the nervous system and end up maybe-maybe not to roar and break like the lioness. It will be fun!
